The VIP Report shows all stays for a specified time period that are considered VIP (have a VIP code attached). A VIP code may be attached to a guest account or added at the time of reservation to a stay. The VIP Types maintenance area allows you to generate the codes for different types and levels of VIPs available in your system, giving you the ability to make VIP codes which are unique and specific to your Property. The VIP Report then shows any stay using these unique codes that are due to be in house on the selected dates.
The report may be generated to show VIP stays that are In House (shows the VIP stays that are In House for the specified dates), Reservations (shows the VIP stays that have RESV status for the specified dates), or All VIPs (shows all VIP stays for the selected dates).
Once generated, the VIP Report lists each relevant stay, showing the room number and room type, current stay status, the guest name, the arrival and departure dates and the number of nights the stay will be, the VIP Type, the rate amount and the rate plan type, and if the stay was associated with a particular company. The report may also show any Preferences/Requests, if the option is selected.
The VIP Report command is found in the Room Reports section of the Reports Menu.
